Biography of Sayyid Jama'at Ali Shah (r.a)1841-1951 Part 19 Sirat Amir e Millat

Sudden Visit of Pir Of Manki Sharif:

On a rainy cold winter night ,Pir of Manki Sharif (r.a) suddenly arrived Alipur Sayyidan with a large body of armed followers to visit Hazrat Sayyid Jama'at Ali Shah (r.a).When Pir Sahib entered Bab e Rahmat , Hazrat Sahib asked ,Who is there? "I am faqir of Manki",the answer came.Hazrat Sahib got up and greeted Pir sahib and commented "King has arrived at faqir's home,why did you not inform me?" Duty of younger one is to come to pay respect without informing ".Pir Sahib responded. Call Akhtar ( Sayyid Akhtar Hussain Shah (r.a),grandson and author of Sirat Amir e Millat) to make arrangements for dinner. "I donot eat at night and this is my routine for past 40 years." Pir Sahib explained and "it is my routine for the past 100 years that I don't let a guest sleep without food." Hazrat Amir e Millat (r.a) responded.Everyone ate the dinner followed by green tea .On 4th day Hazrat asked "Why did you take trouble to visit me? ", "When I received your letter, I decided to come in person to listen and obey your orders."Pir of Manki Sharif answered. Hazrat Sahib advised " Now is the time to serve Din and Muslim nation.Mr.Jinnah Sahib is doing our work and I want you to help him. Pir Sahib invited Jinnah Sahib to Manki Sharif and organized a great conference. Hazrat Amir e Millat could not attend because of ill health and instead sent his eldest son Siraj e al-Millat Sayyid Muhammad Hussain Shah (r,a) and gave him a gold medal.300 rupees in a pouch and other gifts for Quid e Azam (r.a). Pir Sahib greeted him with respect and requested that he chair the conference. When Siraj al-Millat gave the gold medal to Jinnah on behalf of Amir e Millat (r.a),he became very happy, stood up and said "now I am successful, please put this gold medal around my neck."

PIR AMINUL HASANAT OF MANKI SHARIF
Born in 1923 at Manki Sharif in a renowned family of religious scholars, Pir Aminul Hasanat, known as 'Pir Sahib of Manki Sharif’, acquired religious learning and spiritual accomplishments at a very early age. Because of his saintly character and piety, he commanded great respect and influence among the Muslims of the Indo-Pakistan Sub-continent.
Soon after joining the Muslim League in 1945, Pir Sahib of Manki Sharif toured the North-West Frontier Province (NWFP) to win support for the Muslim League. He invited Quaid-e-Azam to tour the
Province worked indefatigably for the cause of Pakistan won sympathy of the people of the NWFP for the Muslim League. On October 1, 1945 he organized a historic meeting of the Ulema and Mashaikh at Peshawar, which passed resolutions expressing full loyalty with the Muslim League and reposing complete confidence in the leadership of Quaid-e-Azam.
For his scathing criticism of the Indian National Congress he was imprisoned by the congressite Government led by Dr. Khan Sahib, the then Chief Minister of the NWFP. He played a pivotal role in securing thumping success for the Muslim League in the Referendum held in NWFP in 1947, which decided the accession of the NWFP to Pakistan.
He retired from active politics in 1955 and died in a road accident on January 28, 1960. May Allah Taala increase his darajat. Amin.

Allah barik, My family is also mereed of Peer jamaat Ali Shah sahib ( rehmat u Allah eleih) and my Father Syed Muhammad Hussain Shah (rehmat u Allah elaih) was used to meet and get suhbat of Peer jamaat Ali Shah sahib ( rehmat u Allah eleih) Lasani sahib. I will try to write some of memories about Peer jamaat Ali Shah sahib ( rehmat u Allah eleih) that i heard from My father.

Nice place to get in for a good friendship.

my family is also mureed of peer jamat ali shahre (rahmat u All ah eleih)my grand grand father was mureed of amir milat(rahmat u All ah)
and my grand father was also mureed his son peer khadam hussain sahib(rahmat u All ah)the peer jamat ali shah mentioned my grand grand fathers name in anwarisophai as dewan niqashband now from last fifty years we are not in touch with our peer garana.
