Dr Laurence B. Brown Discusses  his Amazing Journey to Islam & Da'wah (Islamic Invitation) : Blogging Theology - Paul Williams  10/14/2021

YouTube Video:

Dr Brown graduated from Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences, Brown University Medical School, and George Washington University Hospital residency program. He is a retired Air Force officer, the medical director and chief ophthalmologist of a major eye center in the Middle East, an ordained interfaith minister, and the author of four books of comparative religion. Dr Brown’s most recent book is a novel The Eighth Scroll which draws on the three Abrahamic faiths of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam to create a powerful thriller involving the Dead Sea Scrolls.   My favourite work by Dr Brown is 'The First and Final Commandment: A Search for Truth in Revelation within the Abrahamic Religions' which examines the doctrinal differences between the faiths and how their Scriptures differ. You can purchase all of Dr Brown's books here:

How I came to Islam: The Amazing Story of Dr. Laurence Brown

FaceBook :

by Meticulously researched, God'ed? The Case for Islam as the Completion of Revelation challenges the most stalwart of theologians. Religious scholar and medical doctor Laurence B. Brown concludes MisGod'ed, his exposé of the shortcomings of Judeo-Christian theology, with God'ed?, which examines the Islamic claim of Muhammad as the foretold final messenger, and the revelation he transmitted, the Qur'an, as the completion of God's revelation to humankind. Together, these two scholarly works differentiate the truth of God's guidance from the falsehoods of human corruption while offering evidence that not only suggests the need for a final, clarifying revelation, but in fact demands it. At last, we have a comprehensive guide to the three Abrahamic faiths of Judaism, Christianity and Islam, and a sensible roadmap by which sincere seekers can navigate their quest for religious truth.
